This Pizza Oven Costs Nothing To Make, And It Can Feed An Entire Family

Every once in a while, we come across a DIY project that is truly amazing, but is too expensive for most people to attempt. Thankfully, this homemade oven was free to make (and still pretty genius).

Using upcycled scraps, one family decided to make an old-style pizza oven in their backyard for zero dollars. They have to buy the dough, cheese, sauce, and toppings, but the oven that efficiently cooks the delicious pies cost nothing to make.

Follow the steps below and see how you, too, can make an amazing pizza oven without spending a cent.

First, they found and cleaned an old oil drum.
First, they found and cleaned an old oil drum.

You could use any kind of old metal drum -- just make sure to clean it thoroughly first.

Next, they used an unused stove pipe and a hollowed-out paint can to create the oven's chimney.

This required cutting a hole in the top of the drum.

They covered the drum with soil and kept it steady with stones.

The soil will keep the drum insulated, making it a better, more efficient oven. They also used sand and flat bricks as a platform to evenly cook the pizza.

Now, you just need fire...

...and pizza, of course, once the remnants of the fire are removed.

The oven now retains the heat from the fire, and the front and the chimney should be blocked off to keep the heat.

Adding a door also helps with retaining heat.

A wooden door is used after the fire is put out. For the initial fire, they use a metal lid to keep the fire lit.

There you have it! Pizza cooked in an oil drum!

It really looks delicious.

This entire creation was salvaged from scraps and unused materials. If they can essentially build a pizza oven for free, I can't wait to see what else these master builders can cook up!

With Just A Few Ingredients, You Can Make Your Very Own Shampoo!

Most people wash their hair a few times a week, if not every day, so it's understandable that we go through giant containers of shampoo and conditioner in no time. If you're picky about what you put on your body or are especially sensitive to chemicals, finding hair products that work for you can be tough. It can also get pretty expensive.
If you've exhausted your patience (and your bank account), check out this quick tutorial, which teaches you how to make your own shampoo!
Who knew all you really needed was coconut milk, baby wash, and almond oil to make shampoo? I'm tired of looking at the back of bottles not knowing how to pronounce any of the ingredients -- so this is perfect for me!
Will you try this trick out?

Wedding turns into scuffle

A wedding staged in the middle of the road in Lebanon turned into a scuffle after the groom and relatives attacked a bus trying to pass in that area.

A YouTube film published in regional newspapers showed the impatient bus driver started to honk incessantly to press them to clear the road before they assaulted him.

The film showed the groom ran towards the bus and banged its windshield with a sharp object, causing a crack on top of the glass.

Newspapers did not say how the incident ended nor did they mention where in Lebanon the wedding took place.

Editor insights:

You can never say what will happen next after a minute of happiness.

In this video A newly wed couple dancing and celebrating their wedding.

Taking pictures, videos, dancing, laughing, then suddenly, a group of motorist keep on buzzing them, trying to move them out from the street.

So instead of respecting the road policy, the groom and the relatives attacked the poor bus driver and break his glass, specifically, the wind shield of the bus, for no reason.

Google's terrifying humanoid robot runs through forest

A terrifying humanoid robot was built by Boston Dynamic.
They built a one of a kind humanoid robot that can walk through the forest and surpass obstacles.

They say "this robot may not like us, who can do everything, but if they will get pushing, they maybe have it in the future".

Watch the entire video of how amazing this robot, and of what capabilty it can do.

However, it's the humanoid robots that begin to make one fear that the prawns from the movie "District 9" were mere pets compared with what our scientists might think up.

Balance and dynamics are the two main thrusts of humanoid robot development. But when Boston Dynamics founder Marc Raibert shows the six-foot-tall Atlas humanoid robot marauding through the woods, you wonder about the juxtaposition between future and nature.

This robot looks like one of those people/things that want to stab characters in movies. If he/she/it suddenly produced a chainsaw, I wouldn't be surprised.

When it breaks into a trot, you get the sense that it has spotted someone it needs to assault and will continue to advance until its preprogrammed task is complete. A tree would be safer from it than a human.

It's not hard to conceive that we might be looking at the future boots on the ground, as the saying goes. This would make for a fearsome soldier.

Raibert admits Atlas isn't quite human yet. However, he said: "You can imagine if we keep pushing, we'll get there."
I think I can imagine, yes. I imagine that this Atlas isn't so fond of shrugging as he is of relentlessly pursuing.

This Girl's Incredibly Unique Voice Sounds Like It's Naturally Auto-Tuned

Emma Robinson is an 18-year-old singer with an incredibly unique voice. Her remarkable vocal technique sounds modulated, almost as if it were auto-tuned. Yet while so many pop stars pay big bucks to have their voice's pitch corrected for their latest tracks, Emma's voice is nothing but raw, natural talent.
Watch and listen to Emma's wonderful cover of Tori Kelly's "Paper Hearts" and be amazed at her otherworldly talent.
Emma's voice transcends what we thought the human vocal cords were capable of. Let's hope she goes on to make some equally interesting music of her own in the near future.
